Lead Generation Specialist
Locations: Redwood City, CA
Job Description
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing and qualifying leads. Successful execution of responsibilities in this role will build the pipeline volume, velocity and conversion rates to achieve Sales and Marketing revenue objectives.
Job Functions
- Help execute integrated marketing campaigns to raise awareness and generate demand
- Generate, nurture, qualify and track both prospect and customer leads through strategic campaigns
- Monitor campaign results and utilize results to optimize effectiveness of future campaigns
- Track all campaign activities in Salesforce & Marketo and report results

Job Description
We are seeking a web producer to define, deliver, and manage our Web presence. This position is critical to our success in demand generation and market awareness. Job Functions
- Update and maintain website, including posting new content and editing existing pages with graphics, video, etc.

Job Description
The Director of People will prepare us for the next level of Tidemark’s hyper-growth stage. The position will develop and lead a human resources and talent acquisition framework that aligns management practices with Tidemark’s mission and core values and amplifies the company voice and vision across the organization. The right candidate must be able to implement best practices in the industry in the areas of recruitment and recruiting strategy, employee benefits, compensation, employee relations & retention, employee services, employee performance management and HR/Recruiting systems. This is a leadership role in which the Director of People will directly manage a small and growing team including an HR/Office Manager and an internal recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:- Drive the recruiting strategy for Tidemark; while bringing a high level of clarity surrounding hiring plans and metrics
- Lead, manage and develop the recruiting team; driving a high level of performance against our ambitious hiring plans
- Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher conversion rates and a superior candidate experience
- Ensure that candidates have an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Create formal on-boarding program for new hires
- Create, coordinate and administer a company-wide performance review process.
